Development substantially underway at Sucham Park in Southam
The Sucham Park development is now complete and has successfully delivered 42,200 sq.ft of industrial floorspace split across nine new commercial units. These range in size from 1,900 to 15,000 sq.ft to suit a range of businesses. This is the first industrial development to be delivered by WPDG.
Construction started in February 2023, with the scheme completing on time and to budget.
The site at the Holywell Business Park forms part of the Kineton Road Industrial Estate and will bring into use land that has remained unused for many years.
Holywell Business Park is the main employment site in Southam and is home to a range of local, national and international businesses to include Alko Kober, DYWIDAG and Alumet Systems.
