Plans are progressing at this flagship Develop Warwickshire development, Top Farm in Nuneaton.
The Top Farm development when completed will provide c.1,700 news homes, a secondary school, primary school, local centre, leisure use as well as substantial areas of green space linking the development with the surrounding area.
The Develop Warwickshire joint venture team alongside its appointed consultants from WSP and Brookbanks are working up various reserved matters planning applications to enable the crucial delivery of the new link road. The Department for Education (DfE) have a planning application currently in for determination with Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC) to deliver a new £30m secondary school.
Planning consent is granted for the eastern half of the new link road with consent for the western half expected in early 2024.
The first phase planning application for 550 new homes including substantial areas of open space and green infrastructure is currently being worked up ready for submission.
