Top Farm (Milby Meadows), Nuneaton

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council has granted planning permission for the first 531 of 1,700 new homes at Develop Warwickshire’s largest scheme. When completed, Milby Meadows will feature a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties for private sale, private rent and affordable housing.

The first 51 dwellings which are all affordable and private rented houses are now complete and  a planning application has now been approved for the next stage of the scheme to create a further 479 homes, a community park, play areas, public open space, a habitat pond, four balancing ponds and footpaths linking to other developments.

Phase 1 of the infrastructure works are also now complete to create a northern link road bringing together the surrounding developments with access to the new Higham Lane North Academy, which opened in September for students aged 11-16.

Planning has now been submitted for the second phase of 400 homes alongside a the new local centre which will look to include a convenience store, coffee shop and other facilities and amenities for the new community.

The showhomes are now open for viewing  and provide potential homeowners the opportunity to see inside these beautiful new homes.
