Plans are progressing at this flagship Develop Warwickshire development, Top Farm in Nuneaton.
The Top Farm development when completed will provide c.1,700 news homes, a secondary school, primary school, local centre, leisure use as well as substantial areas of green space linking the development with the surrounding area.
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council has granted planning permission for the first 531 of 1,700 new homes at Develop Warwickshire’s largest scheme.
The first 51 dwellings which are all affordable and private rented houses are substantially complete with a show suite for the first for sale houses opening in June this year.
The link road and access road are substantially complete and will be ready to service the new £30m secondary school, being delivered by the Department for Education (DfE), which will open to its first pupils in September.
Planning will be submitted for the second phase of 400 homes in the Autumn of this year alongside a planning application for the new local centre which will include a new convenience store, coffee shop and other facilities and amenities for the new community.
