Justice Walk/Vicarage Street, Nuneaton

An outline planning application was submitted by Warwickshire Property & Development Group (WPDG) in September 2022 on behalf of Warwickshire County Council and Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council for a mixed use development proposal on land at Justice Walk & Vicarage Street in Nuneaton town centre.

This project is at the heart of Nuneaton town centre and forms part of the wider Transforming Nuneaton regeneration programme. The scheme will provide a mix of high-quality urban family homes and improved community facilities through the delivery of a new Library and Business Centre.

WPDG is seeking planning approval for a new, fit-for-purpose library and business centre, as well as for approximately 65 two, three and four bed urban family homes.

The scheme will substantially improve access to high quality and fit for purpose community facilities and will provide space for fledgling and up and coming businesses, supporting the local economy whilst also diversifying the housing offer in Nuneaton. The development will be complimented by high quality public outdoor space and improved connectivity into the town centre.

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council are expected to determine the planning application imminently.
