Brookmill Meadows is the first ‘Develop Warwickshire’ housing scheme under construction in Warton, North Warwickshire.
Develop Warwickshire, the Joint Venture partnership between Warwickshire Property and Development Group (WPDG), Warwickshire County Council (WCC) and house builder Countryside Partnerships is delivering its first housing development.
The scheme known as Brookmill Meadows, located in Warton, North Warwickshire is a high-quality housing development of 71 two, three, and four bedroom homes.
The homes will be energy-efficient and sustainable, being built using modern methods of construction, benefitting from air source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points.
To further reduce the running costs and carbon footprint of the homes there will be a proportion of solar panels installed for the development.
The scheme also includes associated open space and will bring benefits to existing residents in the area, with a new car park and improvements made to existing drainage to reduce the risk of flooding.
A formal marketing suite and show home are open, with strong interest shown from prospective purchasers.
The development is expected to be completed by September 2025.
