New Local Centre Development for Fusiliers Way
WPDG is currently working on Phase 2 of the development at Fusiliers Way, Warwick for a new Local Centre The proposed scheme when completed will include a convenience store, children’s day nursery and other retail and food and beverage facilities to support residents and adjoining business at the nearby Warwick Technology Park and BMW dealership along Gallows Hill.
A planning application has been submitted with a view to work starting on site in the summer of 2026 with completion of the development by the summer of 2027.
The indicative time-line for the development is:
- Submit planning late Spring 2026
- Planning Approval end of 2026
- Construction start Spring 2027
- Completion and opening end 2027
