Full planning permission has been submitted to Rugby Borough Council for the demolition of current buildings alongside the new proposals for access, external works and total 21,350 sqft of commercial space (planning class uses: E(g)(ii)(iii), B2 and B8) split into 3 units:

Unit 1 – 6,000 sqft unit
Unit 2 – 5,350 sqft unit
Unit 3 – 10,000 sqft unit

The overall scheme will deliver high quality EPC A, BREEAM Very Good accommodation available for freehold purchase to support business growth and retention within the county following the huge success of the companies first development scheme at Sucham Park in Southam.
