Warwickshire Property & Development Group (WPDG) Community Fund
WPDG is pleased to launch its Community Fund which will support community groups and organisations located around its developments across Warwickshire.
WPDG Community Fund (Bulkington)
The first fund will focus on supporting community organisations and groups in and around the development taking place in Bulkington.
The fund has been set up to offer grants of up to £1000 towards projects that benefit the community. Groups and organisations are invited to apply by completing an application form . It is important that anyone applying is based in the selected areas shown on the map below and that they meet the criteria detailed in the terms and conditions that can be viewed HERE
How to Apply
Application forms can either be downloaded by clicking on APPLICATION FORM or if you would like a form to be sent out to you please call 01926 956492 and speak to one of the WPDG team who can take your details and arrange for a form to be sent out to you. Completed forms can either be emailed to communityfund@wpdg.co.uk or sent via post to Warwickshire Property & Development (Community Fund), Hawkes Point, Hawkes Drive, Heathcote Industrial Estate, Leamington Spa, CV34 6LX.
Community Organisations and Groups based in the Whitestone and Bulkington areas as shown below are eligible to apply for a grant from the WPDG Community Fund (Bulkington).
Develop Warwickshire Community Fund
Develop Warwickshire is a joint venture between Warwickshire Property & Development Group (WPDG), Vistry and Warwickshire County Council and was launched in 2022 to support projects positively impacting the communities near its development sites.
The Develop Warwickshire Community Fund supports community groups and organisations across North Warwickshire and Nuneaton, providing grants for projects that deliver lasting benefits for local people.
Community groups and organisations are able to apply for up to £2,000 grant funding or in-kind support. The annual grant fund comprises of £25,000 in cash and £25,000 work in-kind from the joint venture partners.
